We believe diverse perspectives make better products, stronger teams, and more meaningful work.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Policy for Loam Agency

Loam Agency is committed to fostering a workplace and client environment rooted in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). We believe that our differences strengthen our creativity, problem-solving, and ability to serve our clients with empathy and excellence.

Core Principles

Diversity

We value and celebrate differences in race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, religion, disability, socioeconomic background, and other dimensions of identity. We actively seek to build a team that reflects the diversity of the communities we serve.

Equity

We are committed to fairness and justice in all policies, practices, and decision-making processes. We recognize that equal treatment may not result in equal outcomes and work to remove barriers and provide support to ensure everyone has access to opportunities.

Inclusion

We cultivate an environment where all individuals feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute. We foster psychological safety and encourage diverse perspectives to enrich our work and culture.

Scope and Application

This policy applies to all aspects of employment and service delivery, including recruitment, hiring, training, promotion, compensation, benefits, discipline, termination, and client interactions. It applies to all employees, contractors, consultants, vendors, and partners.

Accountability

Leadership is accountable for modeling inclusive behavior and advancing DEI goals. We track and report on DEI metrics, solicit feedback from team members, and continuously improve our practices. Violations of this policy are taken seriously and may result in corrective action.

Reporting and Support

We encourage open dialogue about DEI and provide multiple channels for reporting concerns or suggesting improvements. All reports are treated confidentially and investigated promptly. We prohibit retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith.
